Monster Play Skate Parks

Skateboarding was once considered a specialist hobby for a small group of people, but it is now one of the largest and fastest-growing pastimes for children, youths and adults.

Introducing a skate park into the community can transform a small, unused space into something that is hugely popular, and will draw skateboarders, BMX riders and in-line skaters to the area.

The “Monster” skate range is manufactured from heavy duty galvanised steel with specialist protective paint for the skate surface. This provides a great skate surface and is super tough rust and vandal resistant.

It’s a common issue. Local skaters have spent several months drumming up support, fundraising, and planning for the perfect skate park, but are then forced to settle for a facility that is cheaper, less than challenging and far removed from the original vision in mind. When facilities are installed without input from the end user, the facilities become susceptible to misuse (or even being under used) the youths are then blamed for being ungrateful and the council are left open to criticism. At Monster, we wholeheartedly embrace feedback from skaters and have an “open door” policy for any skaters that wish to come into our Hertfordshire workshops and offer design and sequencing advice to our design team. Our mission is to keep listening to skaters and welcoming input, to ensure that Monster Skate continues to strengthen its brand name in the years to come.
