With your initial enquiry you can rest assured that you are in safe hands with a Monster Play Systems representative. Each member of staff has been carefully selected and trained to deliver exceptional standards in customer service to all of our customers.

We will endeavour to gather as many details as possible about your project and your exact requirements, and then offer the best possible solution to meet your individual needs.

Should you need a site survey and expert on site advice, our area sales manager will meet with you at your convenience and then carefully put together a quotation to meet your exact project requirements. Should you need any amendments we are happy to alter quotations to meet your exact requirements.

If requested or neccessary, our outstanding design team will then prepare a tailor made presentation using the latest 3D software for you to visualise how your project will look in detail.

Upon receiving a purchase order, a job pack is put together and passed on to our operations department to begin planning and manufacture. The customer is then contacted by our operations department, to discuss the installation dates and introduce our installation supervisor.

At this stage, our CAD engineer will have already begun to prepare the technical drawings for your project. The completed plans are then passed onto the engineers in our 10,000 square feet workshop. Once the product has been manufactured, it is hot dip galvanised, powder coated and then quality checked again to ensure the installation runs smoothly.
